1½-, 2-, and 3-Yard Bins

Three-cubic-yard bins (approx.) are the standard refuse containers used by most commercial and industrial businesses. Bins provide an efficient and sanitary method of refuse disposal.

Our monthly charge includes service of the bins at your desired frequency (once a week minimum), disposal site fees, and periodic reconditioning of the containers.

Bins available in 1½, 2, and 3 cubic yard sizes.

Temporary Bins

Temporary Bins are used by customers who are performing a one-time cleanup. The bins hold approximately 3-cubic yards of material.

Once the container is delivered, the customer has seven days in which to fill it. On the eighth day, the container will be automatically removed.

Service details are dependent on your service area.

Commercial Can Service

Commercial can service is provided for businesses that do not generate enough refuse to necessitate the use of a two-cubic yard (approx.) bin. The customer supplies the refuse containers, we provide the service.

Drop-off bodies are available in 15 and 40 cubic yard sizes.

Drop-Off Bodies

Drop-Off Bodies are used by customers who generate large volumes of refuse, demolition material or construction debris. Different sized containers will be provided depending on the weight of material to be disposed of.

Service rates for Drop-Off Bodies include a per load hauling charge and disposal site fees.

Storage Containers

Protection of valuable tools and building supplies on construction sites is becoming increasingly difficult and expensive. Storage containers are available to safely, conveniently and economically protect your property.

All metal storage containers measure approximately 22 feet long, seven feet wide, and eight feet tall. Locking doors are available on these containers. Steel covers protect the door levers, which can be secured by the customer’s padlocks. Removable shelf brackets can be delivered with the storage bin for organization of tools and building materials.

Storage containers are transported to and from your business, job site, or home for a reasonable charge. A monthly rental fee is charged for the use of the container. Storage containers can be rented for as few as 30 days or as long as the customer desires.

AB 341 - California’s New Commercial and Multi-Family Recycling Mandate
What Does It Mean for You?

AB 341 requires that, effective July 1, 2012, all commercial businesses generating four-cubic yards or more of solid waste per week or multifamily residential dwellings of five units or more, must provide recycling services at their establishments.

In 1989 the State of California adopted AB 939, which required that municipalities divert at least 50% of their waste from being landfilled. After exceeding this goal and diverting 64% in 2011, the State of California adopted AB 341 and has increased the diversion goal to 75% by 2020. The initial requirement in the process is the implementation of a mandatory commercial and multi-family recycling program that became effective July 1, 2012.
