Household Trash
Ramona Disposal drivers will collect an unlimited amount of household trash generated from within your home. Residential service consists of weekly collection of household trash, yard waste and recyclables from your home and yard. It is important to note that there are two separate t rucks that will perform this service for you.
Trash Containers
Customers are responsible for providing their own trash containers. You may use hard plastic or heavy rubber cans, galvanized metal cans or plastic bags. Can size should be no larger than 32 gallons and should not weigh more than 50 lbs. when full. Plastic trash bags should not exceed 25 lbs. when full.
Bulky Item Pickup
Bulky Item Pickup is a service offered by Ramona Disposal for large items generated from within your home. Call us at (760) 789-0516 at least one day prior to your normal collection day and for no additional charge, we will collect the bulky items at your curbside (depending on your service area). This service is offered free of charge on a quarterly basis, limited to one item per quarter. If the item is a refrigerator or air conditioner the motor must be removed prior to collection or an additional charge will apply.
Temporary-Use Dumpsters & Roll-Off Containers
Are you planning a home improvement or yard clean-up project? Get a bin to throw it in! Call RDS to order a temporary-use dumpster for on-site debris collection. A 3 cubic yard dumpster will hold approximately the same amount of debris as 20 standard trash cans.
For bigger projects, ask about our roll-off containers. Different size containers will be provided depending on the weight of material to be disposed of. We also offer security vans for on-site storage of valuable tools and building supplies.
